Our Group Retreats offer:

  • A range of housing options – Enjoy a rustic camping experience in cabins or upgrade to the Conference Center for the wrap around porch, fireplace, and lounge space!
  • Meeting spaces – Run seminars or activities you have planned for your group
  • Customized activity schedules – A Tockwogh director will work with you to add any of our Tockwogh staff-run activities that fit your needs.
  • Access to our 301 acres – Hiking trails, beach front, disc golf course, sports fields and more!

Lodging Options

Activities

Team Building

Participants will work together in groups of 8-12 through increasing levels of team challenges that focus on group problem solving and communication. These challenges involve everything from field initiatives to the obstacle-course-like elements of our low ropes course.

High Ropes Course

Our High Ropes Course provides an individual challenge to help push participants outside their comfort zone. After a 50ft climb up the cargo net, hop between elements like the balance beam, tight rope, lily pads, and swings before making their way back to the ground on the zip line!

Climbing Wall, Giant Swing & Leap of Faith

Choose between conquering the rock wall, the 40ft climb and jump on the Leap of Faith, or taking an exciting ride on the Giant Swing. All are “challenge-by-choice” activities where participants are encouraged to set goals and get out of their comfort zone, but can go as high or low as they choose.

Recreational Activities

Learn a new skill or just have some fun! Our recreational activities are the perfect addition to your trip schedule.

Rustic Cabins

If you’re looking for a true camping experience, rustic cabins are the perfect choice!

  • Over 40 cabins available
  • Each cabin sleeps 8 – 12 guests (A total capacity of over 400 guests)
  • Ideal for anyone looking for a rustic camping experience
  • Each cabin has electricity, lights, and outlets
  • Positioned near shared shower houses
  • Centrally located for easy access to camp activities and amenities

STEWART LODGE

Stewart Lodge is ideal for small to medium-sized groups and is located on a wide field near the challenge course, with ample space for team building activities, soccer games, and fun!

  • Sleeping quarters divided into three sections
  • Each section sleeps 8-9 guests, 25 beds total
  • Every section is equipped with an indoor newly renovated multi-stall bathrooms and showers
  • Screened in porches located off each sleeping quarter
  • Meeting Room that holds up to 30 guests
  • Large windows enhance the Meeting Room with natural light
  • Entire building is heated during the colder months

NAVAJO VILLAGE COTTAGES

There are a total of 5 cottages all centrally located near the Dining Hall and Ropes Course.

  • Each cabin sleeps 9 guests
  • 3 separate bedrooms in each with their own private baths
  • 1 common room in the middle with a fireplace and couch
  • Front porch with porch swing and chairs
  • Communal fire ring < 1 minute walk

CONFERENCE CENTER

The Conference Center is ideal for medium to large groups looking for hangout and meeting space separate from the main area of camp.

  • Sleeps up to 48 guests
  • 8 carpeted bedrooms – each sleeps 6 people
  • Every bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom and shower facility
  • Contains two large conference rooms separated by a gas fireplace
  • The Main Conference room holds up to 60 people and has the option for tables, chairs, and projector screen
  • The Great Room gives a cozy feel and overlooks amazing scenery
  • Features a full wrap-around wooden deck looking across the woods
  • “Kitchen” room with refrigerator, water cooler, and coffee machine
  • Fire ring – 2 minute walk
  • Private beach access – 3 minute walk down hiking path
